Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is one of the largest and busiest acute hospital trusts in the UK. In fact it is one of the largest teaching hospitals in Europe. It is a regional and national centre for specialist treatment, a renowned biomedical research facility, and the local hospital for the Leeds community.
Leeds and York Partnership Foundation NHS Trust
Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the main provider of specialist mental health and learning disability services in Leeds. It also provide specialist services across York, the Yorkshire and Humber region, and some highly specialised national services.
Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust
LCH was formed in 2011 to provide community healthcare services for the people of Leeds. It delivers services in or close to people’s homes and work with the whole family. The 3,000 strong workforce includes nurses, therapists, pharmacists, non-registered and registered clinical staff – all supported by the corporate head office.
Our ambulance services in Leeds are provided by Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust who also are the provider of NHS 111 for our region.
